How to purchase 

In our store, you will find the entire catalog of products offered by Elitewebshop, to purchase any of them you must follow the following purchase process:

1º.- Select the desired product by adding it to the shopping cart.

2º.- Read carefully all the available information about the product. The prices indicated next to the product are prices in Euros with the corresponding taxes.

3º.- Access the cart, where you can check the details of the products ordered, the sale price and applicable taxes.

4º.- If you are satisfied with the order, you can register by completing the data collection form, identify yourself with your username and password if you are already a registered user, or continue the purchase process as a guest user.

5º.- Next, you must provide the shipping information and finally select the payment method. During this process the system will show you the expenses applicable to your selected order and form of payment.

6º.- Once you have completed the order, you will receive a confirmation message with the details of your order, if you do not receive this message please contact us.

Payment Methods

ELITEWEBSHOP.COM has the following payment methods: Secure POS through the REDSYS gateway, Bank Transfer and Cash on delivery.

Secure Card Payment

This type of method does not have any additional commission and is one of the fastest for us to send your order on the same day you make the purchase. We work with an SSL certificate that will allow you to make your purchase as safely as possible. To do this, once you are connected to the bank's payment gateway, you will be asked for your VISA or MASTERCARD card details and authorization code for the purchase. Remember that your card must be registered in your bank so you can make purchases in secure stores.

Wire transfer

This type of method does not have any additional commission although it is not the fastest way to receive your order. Once you have completed your purchase you must make a bank transfer to the following account:

The beneficiary is Elite Bros SL, indicating the Order No. as a payment concept. Then you must send us the proof of payment by email to info@elitewebshop.com and we will proceed to reserve your order. We will send your purchase once we have received bank confirmation of your income, in some cases it may take 24 / 48h to be effective.

You have a period of 7 days to formulate the payment to the indicated bank account number. If you do not make the transfer within this period, the order will be cancelled. We remind you that when selecting this form of payment you must take into account that the final cost of the order can be increased by the commission charged by your bank, we will not charge commission in any case.

Cash on delivery

The transport agency we work with is SEUR to make all shipments within a period of 24/48 hours. The shipping costs are € 6 (VAT incl.) for any product and will be free of charge if the purchase has exceeded 100€. This service is only available for Spain and Portugal.
