For shipments to Spain and Portugal we work with the transport agency CORREOS EXPRESS / SEUR to make all shipments within a period of 24/48 hours for the peninsula and Portugal and 48/72 hours for the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The shipping costs are € 6 (VAT incl.) for any product and will be free of charge if the purchase has exceeded 100€.

For shipments within Europe we work with UPS and FedEx agencies and deliveries are made within 6 - 8 days. The shipping costs are € 20 (VAT incl.) for any product and will be free of charge if the purchase has exceeded 300€.

For shipments outside Europe we work with UPS and Fedex agencies and shipments are made within 8 - 10 days. The shipping costs are € 49 (VAT incl.) for any product.

All shipments are insured

All purchases made before 2pm from Monday to Friday (working days) through our online store and have used the online credit card payment method will be shipped on the same day as long as the item is available in our inventory. If the item is not available at that moment the shipment may take 5 to 10 working days. For urgent orders please contact us by telephone, email or WhatsApp to check availability of the item. Orders that are paid by bank transfer will not be sent before receiving the payment in our bank account, this can delay the shipment up to 72h more.
