These legal conditions regulate the contracting process in the online store of the website www.elitewebshop.com and www.eliteshop.es of which ELITE BROS S.L., hereinafter ELITEWEBSHOP.COM, is legally responsible.
The acquisition of any of the products or services offered on the pages indicated, implies acceptance of these legal conditions of contracting, the legal notice and privacy policy.
ELITEWEBSHOP.COM informs the user that the language chosen for the conclusion of this electronic contract is Spanish and that it is not foreseen the storage of the same by a trusted third party although ELITEWEBSHOP.COM does store a record of all orders placed by its customers. If you wish you can print or copy this screen to keep these legal conditions.

1. Purchase Process


In our electronic store, you will find the entire catalog of products offered by ELITEWEBSHOP.COM, to purchase any of them must follow the following purchase process:
1º.- Select the desired product by adding it to the cart.
2º.- Read carefully all the available information about the product. The prices indicated next to the product are prices in Euros with the corresponding taxes.
3º.- Go to the shopping cart, where you can check the details of the products ordered, the selling price and the applicable taxes.
4º.- If you are satisfied with the order, you must register by filling in the data collection form or identify yourself with your username and password if you are already a registered user.
5º.- Next, you must provide the shipping information and finally select the payment method. During this process the system will show you the costs applicable to your order according to the delivery zone and payment method selected.
6º.- Once you have completed the order, you will receive a confirmation message with the details of your order, if you do not receive this message please contact us.
7º.- ELITEWEBSHOP.COM has the following payment methods: Bank Transfer, Virtual Credit/Debit Card Payment Service, Cash on Delivery.

If the chosen method of payment is by bank transfer, you have a period of 5 working days to make the payment to the bank account number indicated, and you must send us by email to info@elitewebshop.com, the proof of payment. If you do not make the transfer within this period, the order will be cancelled. We remind you that when selecting this form of payment you must take into account that the final cost of the order may be increased by the commission charged by your bank.


The orders whose payment method is cash on delivery will have a 2% commission, this payment method is only admissible for orders whose delivery address is located in Spain. For orders whose delivery address is located in European Union countries, only bank transfer and debit or credit card through our Virtual POS will be accepted as payment methods.

2. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from his purchase within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of his order without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email) addressed to Elite Bros SL (www.elitewebshop.com) , C/ San Miguel Nº 36, 29620 Torremolinos (Málaga) or to our email address info@elitewebshop.com.

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise of this right on your part is sent before the expiry of the deadline.

In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, including the initial shipping costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive mode of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to effect such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise. However, we inform you that under the provisions of art. 107.3 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, we will retain the amount of the refund until we have received the goods.

Please note that as provided in 108.1 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, when the withdrawal is exercised, the Buyer shall only bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Finally, ELITEWEBSHOP.COM informs you that in accordance with the provisions of art. 103.c.e.f) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 shall not apply the right of withdrawal to

"(c) The supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.


e) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

f) The supply of goods that after delivery and taking into account their nature have been inseparably mixed with other goods."

3. Products out of stock

ELITEWEBSHOP.COM has a maximum period of 30 days to serve the products that are not in stock, in the event that it is not possible to serve the chosen product, the customer may replace it with another or request a refund of the amount paid.
At the time of delivery the customer must check the good condition of the order to the carrier, indicating on the delivery note, any anomaly that could be detected in the packaging or its contents.

4. Warranties
