The present conditions of guarantee will be regulated by the laws the Spanish regulations on consumers and users, and especially, by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
The period of validity of the warranty of the products purchased through our website (www.elitewebshop.com), will be the legally established, at the time of purchase of the product, by Spanish laws on consumers and users.
To be entitled to the guarantee, the client must be considered as a consumer or user.
Elitewebshop jewelry pieces pass an exhaustive quality control before reaching the customer, in which possible defects in the quality of the frame, the characteristics of the precious gems, and the setting are reviewed. If there was an imperfection, it would be corrected before the jewel leaves the manufacturing process.
Once approved, the "Certificate of Quality of the Jewel" is issued, which endorses the characteristics of the piece, ensures that there are no manufacturing defects and that the final product is perfect; and it constitutes the guarantee of the piece. It is included in Elitewebshop's Quality Register, which allows you to identify the jewel in front of other similar ones.

To be able to return an article the following different scenarios can occur.
1.) The product has been damaged during transport. The package will be checked upon receipt and if there is any external damage it will be necessary to leave it reflected in the shipment signed by the transport company and notify us in less than 24 hours. Ideally, at that moment, take a picture of the damage that the package presents.Once we have received the product, we will check whether the interior is in perfect condition or not.
2.) Defective products. If the product has any anomaly in terms of its operation you have 7 business days to return it, for this you will have to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you process it.Only returns of items that meet these characteristics will be accepted:
In either of the two scenarios we will organize with the customer to repair the item or replace it if in case it is not possible to repair it, Elitewebshop put maximum effort so that the customer is always satisfied.
In cases where our after-sales department detects that the returned product has been tampered with by the customer, the return will not be accepted.
For shipments to Spain and Portugal we work with the transport agency SEUR to make all shipments within a period of 24/48 hours for the peninsula and Portugal and 48/72 hours for the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The shipping costs are € 6 (VAT incl.) for any product and will be free of charge if the purchase has exceeded 100€.
For shipments within Europe we work with UPS and FedEx agencies and deliveries are made within 8 - 10 days. The shipping costs are € 20 (VAT incl.) for any product and will be free of charge if the purchase has exceeded 300€.
For shipments outside Europe we work with UPS and Fedex agencies and shipments are made within 8 - 10 days. The shipping costs are € 49 (VAT incl.) for any product.

All purchases made before 2pm from Monday to Friday (working days) through our online store and have a payment method POS will be shipped on the same day. If it was later than this time, your shipment will be prepared for shipping the next day. Orders that are paid by bank transfer will not be sent before receiving the payment in cash, this can delay the shipment up to 72h more.
